Seriously so easy. As you know if its not easy it just does not get made. The kids loved these although husband is not a fan of how dry they are but they have disappeared al the same. Made in less that 20 minutes perfect!
Yo Yo biscuits
What you will need:
90g butter
2 tbs of icing sugar
3/4 cup of plain flour
2 1/2 tbs of custard powder
How to:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Cream butter and sifted icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add sifted flour and custard powder mix well. Roll teaspoons into small balls and place onto lightly greased tray and press down lightly with the back of a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy!
**some recipes also offer a cream so they can be sandwiched but I haven’t gone as far as that and have found strawberry jam is just perfect**
***If placing them in a lunch box they will need to be placed in a container as they are rather crumbly**
