These are one of the nicest mixes I have found..so bad for you though..so much sugar..but everything in moderation. This is a small mix of just 12 but double if you want more.

Chocolate Chip Biscuits

What you will need: 

2/3 cup of plain flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup butter softend

1/4 cup brown sugar packed

3 tbs white sugar castor if you have it

1 large egg yolk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbs water

1/3 cup of chocolate bits

1/4 cup of nuts I used uncooked quick oats to make it school box friendly or use some chopped dried fruit this is opitional

 

How to:

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.

Line trays with baking paper

Sift flour baking powder and salt and mix

Cream the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add the egg yolk, vanilla and water. Mix well

Combine flour and butter mixes. Stir in chocolate chips and quick oats and mix.

Drop teaspoons of the mix onto baking tray.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies begin to brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking tray until they and firm but still warm.
