Its the second week of January. Fourth week of school holidays and I am trying not to wish the time by but right now its kind of what I am doing so the plans that were made last Friday are being put into action. Today we are getting of the house today and making the most of these supposed care free days together. Today we are road tripping to an instinct volcano just a up the road and then we will head to a local caf’e for some afternoon tea.
However.
Its a perfect day for being indoors really though raining and cool it should be book and Tv weather instead we are going to tramp through the rain forest and more than likely get covered in ticks and leeches but Iam sure it will be fun. Fun. I am sure.
Regardless here are the few things apart from getting some deet for the ticks these are the things running through my head today.
1. I can offically add Tv repair person to my CV. We found a plasma at the dump..it worked and then stopped working..husband looked it up on you tube..I watched it ordered the part and viola. We have a still with stickers on it 50 inch plasma TV for $25.00. Thank you very much.
2. Over the weekend the boys told me I needed to get some weight loss milk shakes..when I told them it was to loose weight they said you should really get them mum..hint has been taken..thank you boys for thinking of me..
3. So on hearing that I considered the cabbage soup diet..the body trim..and even looked every the meal replacement thing at Woolies and whilst I get that they have a place for others I decied they aren’t for me..my life is not a diet..I don’t have the will power and my life hasn’t been (a diet) since I realised food was good for you..but never fear boys I am doing something about it..being able to wrestle you is among my top priorities..
4. Should I start a page for the blokes?
5. They promise it will change the look of your face..as the year I was going to accept myself better of course I linked on it.
6. Its a slow day..so here is how to charge your i-phone battery faster…which is a good thing right?
7. I have to share my dear friend Melissa’s Photography Business..she is a true talent…who is a non stop support of my other love Forrest Found. Her images will put a smile on your dial even on a school holiday Monday.
8. Grant Hackett is dating a 20 year old which is cool I suppose but I always feel like a dirty old woman when I realise the fine figure I have been admiring turns out to be a young 20’ish possibly younger something whipper snapper..anyone else feel that way?
