It’s Monday so it’s a few things time. I’m fidgety. Can’t concentrate.. too much coffee? Nope just suddenly realised that I have had a lot on my plate recently and well that is starting to ease up. It’s been a crazy six months with the family. Six months of learning, understanding and I wouldn’t change anything. I have been blessed unconditionally but I have had to put stuff on hold because despite being an early riser there was just but one of me and well now I’m so excited that I don’t know where to start.
So without further ado.
Let’s get this few things started.
1. Spent the last few days with a 79 year old woman. She was amazing to talk too. She defied the times and holidayed on her own when she was 17 years old, she recalled her time in Darwin, Sydney and Melbourne back in the 40’s and 50’s, married three times but loved deeply only once, had eight pregnancies and only three live births..Four of them died at 7 months and still born…amazing to talk to. She really was and she reignited an imagination I thought was lost…sound odd but true
2. I listed a vintage chip packet for a giggle on eBay…I have people ‘watching it’…not making fun each to their own just astounded…someone is considering buying a used chip packet…but as husband says it history to someone
3. Husband is going back to work this week…sigh…
4. Aspergers has entered my world…but so much more ‘stuff’ is making sense…enter mother guilt…
5. Watched as a young girl 16/17 years old piggy back a boy of the same age but bigger than her around the shopping centre yesterday ..I just wanted to slap her….
6. A three year old photographer.
7. JK Rowling author of the Harry Potter series has a new book but it’s under the name of Robert Galbraith…have you read it?..
8. How not to look like a farmer in gum boots…if you have the same fashion sense as me…read this now.
9. Because I know you were all dying to know how to iron a shirt…seriously a post on how to iron a shirt…
10. In a winter hair slump try these little ideas now…bound to put a spring in your step.
So have a great week lovelies
