I just learnt how to make Butter Cream Frosting..be warned however it melts quick well it did in my kitchen..just means you need to keep in the fridge and you need to eat it a little quicker.
Butter Cream Frosting
What you will need:
2 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter soft
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla or other flavouring.
a few drops of colouring if you need.
How to:
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and put aside.
In another bowl cream the butter until its soft. Gradually stir in a few spoonfuls of icing sugar. Mix in the cream. Stir in the remaining icing sugar.
Add the flavouring and colouring if using.
Add more icing sugar if your need to thicken or cream to thin.
Add to cake or cup cakes.
Enjoy.
