This post was made possible by www.oo.com.au. oo.com.au supplied the products to review and so impressed by the service and product was I, that I supplied the giveaway…
For those that don’t know I am a self proclaimed Christmas decoration-zilla sometimes to the uncomfortable extreme of no B1 you may not put the tinsel there. I am not a tinsel girl it’s an obsession and quirk that my kids don’t yet understand but they are young they have plenty of time to learn to not even bring the tinsle home. Every Christmas I decorate the house within an inch of its 100 year old life with all the trimmings of the season with all of that gorgeousness highlighted with sweet twinkling lights. Some may consider Christmas lights as lame but they are a symbol of the season and are essential in any good Christmas decorators kit and I
make encourage husband to string the Christmas lights from every tree in our yard and every eve of the house.. this may or may not be against his will given that he has a fear of heights
Given my OCD status on Christmas I’m fairly methodical in my planning of Christmas and the planning begins the beginning of November. I write list for cards, gifts for family, friends and those that I need to show my appreciation of it’s my version of the Americans Thanks giving bonus. Then finally I draw up a light and decoration plan of the house and garden. This plan is printed out twice in case of loss of copy and then distributed to husband so he can see what tools and material are to require hang said Christmas light and decorations.
Now when www.oo.com.au offered me $100 as a chance to start my planning early I couldn’t not say no…I jumped on line to www.oo.com.au -a site I had only heard about and discovered they had a great selection of lights and have so much more than just the electrical appliances that I thought they sold with some great brands including Samsung, Phillips, Sheridan, Toshiba and a list thats growing daily. I wanted to buy the kanagroo light set, Glitter lamp and The Star Garden Lights to add to my collection but eventually with the much humming and ha-ing I decided on the reindeer and sleigh light set and some sweet little coloured string lights .
The official review of my lights? Fantastic . The solar powered reindeer and sleigh set are collapsible so storage is easy and the string set are spilt so you have two sets in one. Both are solar powered were charged in less than six hours and stayed lit for eight hours they also have a mode selector so they can switch on automatically when the sun goes down and they are fed free from the sun need I say more. The quality I must also add is awesome because let’s be honest Christmas light quality can sometimes be questionable but oo.com.au really quality is awesome which is why they have a 4 out 5 rating review by their customers. And I have tested them already as you do because who wants to be caught out with a dodgy light in your display that
you your husband have worked weeks on hanging from the far out reached branches and roof eves…having a dodgy light is like being caught with your pants down.
So rather than run from one store to another take a look at www.oo.com.au and have it delivered straight to your door it makes your christmas planning so much easier.
